Professional Bio

Joe splits his work at Webbula between his left and right brain. 

A large number of his left brain responsibilities drive the marketing and sales teams from behind the scenes. He owns the marketing tech stack, optimizes processes, maintains data quality, drives sales enablement operations, and supports GTM and event operationalization. He builds custom reporting and analytics to guide marketing strategy.

Meanwhile, his right brain handles creative strategy, brand management, content creation, editing, proofreading, brainstorming, and everything that goes into ensuring Webbula’s brand and content are top-notch quality and trusted in the industry.

He holds a MBA from NYU Stern and Bachelor of Science from University of Delaware. Outside of work, Joe enjoys staying active, staying on the couch, and staying in touch with his family and friends.

Experience Highlights

Joe has had two successful exits with Traitify in 2021 and Paradox in 2025 (which was acquired by Workday for $1B). He helped create and run The Conversation by Paradox, a monthly newsletter featuring Q&A with renowned clients like 7-Eleven, Marriott, and Medtronic. He developed the first annual Traitify Happiness Report, resulting in the biggest lead generation campaign in company history.
