The intelligence behind Webbula’s email hygiene has earned trust by helping organizations evaluate email data, identify invalid and risky records, and make more informed decisions before launching campaigns.
That protection is not changing.
What is changing is the experience around it.
Zuvo is Webbula’s modern platform for accessing its data solutions, beginning with Protect. Protect, formerly emailHygiene, is Webbula’s email hygiene and threat detection solution for managing files, running scans, and reviewing results and reports.
Together, they give customers the established capabilities they rely on through a more connected and intuitive experience. Protect continues to provide the email hygiene and threat detection capabilities. Zuvo provides the platform experience for accessing Protect and managing account-level functions.
The Marketing Launch Demo introduces Zuvo Protect, an email data quality and safety tool. The user clicks Get started, uploads a CSV or TXT file up to 500 MB with a clearly labeled email address column, and selects a scan: Threat Detection, Email Verification, or Threat Detection & Email Verification. Before processing begins, Protect displays the file, selected services, and required credits for review. The user then starts the scan and follows the workflow to monitor list cleaning and verify file data as Protect flags invalid, inactive, risky, disposable, and deceptive email records.
When processing is complete, the user reviews a results table showing file size, applied tags, status, and a segmented quality snapshot without records being silently deleted. The user opens the details view to examine how records are categorized, then opens Reporting to view Protect activity at the account level. Reporting provides ongoing list-health metrics for monitoring data quality and campaign readiness. The demo also shows credit pricing, including On Demand for flexible usage and Core for recurring or higher-volume list work, followed by an option to talk with Webbula about maintaining reliable email data.
A clearer place to start
The Zuvo dashboard gives teams a direct view of the platform information and actions they use most, including available credits, notifications, account activity, and access to Protect.
From there, customers can navigate to Protect to upload and manage files. Quick Upload gives users a direct way to add a CSV or TXT file and begin their workflow. Recent processing activity also makes it easier to return to files without searching across multiple areas.
The result is a clearer starting point for both frequent users and team members who run scans less often.
Instead of asking, “Where do I go next?” users can more easily see the next available action.
File processing that is easier to follow
Email processing should not feel like a black box.
Within Protect, files are organized by status so users can quickly see what has been completed, what is still processing, and what may need attention.
Search, filters, tags, sorting, and pagination make it easier to manage a growing history of uploads. Teams can narrow files by details such as user, date, profile, status, or filename instead of manually scanning a long list.
These improvements do not change the established email hygiene and threat detection capabilities behind Protect. They make the process more visible and easier to manage.
Results with more context
Once a scan is complete, Protect brings important file information and results together on a single Results page.
Users can review details such as:
The original filename
Upload ID
Filter profile
Processing date
Uploader
Team
Submission source
Download availability
Results by classification
Protect presents classifications, totals, and percentages to help users evaluate overall list quality and identify potential risk signals before downloading their processed output.
The Results page also shows when downloadable files will expire, giving teams clearer visibility into how long results will remain available.
For teams managing multiple uploads, the Upload ID provides a useful reference for tracking a file or working with Webbula Support.
Direct access to files and reports
Protect gives users download options based on what they need next.
Users can download a processed custom list or download the list with its accompanying report. This makes it easier to move from reviewing results to using the downloaded information in their own email platform, CRM, or internal process.
Protect does not make decisions about which records a customer should remove. It provides classifications and risk signals that help teams make more informed decisions about their data.
Clearer team and account management
Zuvo brings platform and account administration into a more centralized experience.
Authorized users can manage account-level functions such as:
Team members and roles
Credit allocation
Billing preferences
Payment methods
Subscription information
Team-wide notifications
Users can also manage personal account settings, including profile information, passwords, email-address changes, security settings, and notification preferences.
This creates a clearer distinction between personal settings and organization-wide controls.
Solution-specific settings, including filter profiles used when running scans, remain associated with Protect.
Stronger account security
Zuvo also provides clearer account-security controls.
Users can update their email address through a verification process and enable two-factor authentication using supported authenticator applications.
Bringing these controls into the platform experience gives users and administrators greater visibility into account access while keeping security settings close to the other account functions they manage.
Reporting and account visibility
Protect reporting helps teams understand scan activity and results. Users can review files processed, classifications, identified risk signals, and other supported result information. Available filters can help teams examine activity by date range or team member.
Separately, Zuvo provides account-level visibility into credits, usage, allocations, invoices, plan information, and purchasing.
Keeping these functions distinct makes it easier to understand both what Protect identified within the data and how the organization is using the platform.
The protection you know. A clearer way to access it.
Protect continues Webbula’s established email hygiene and threat detection capabilities.
Zuvo provides the modern platform experience through which customers access Protect, manage their accounts, and view usage information.
The purpose remains the same: help organizations evaluate contact-data quality, identify deliverability risks and other risk signals, reduce wasted outreach, and make more informed decisions about their data.
The difference is in the experience.
Clearer navigation. More visible processing. Easier file management. Centralized account settings. Stronger security controls. More direct access to results and reports.
Because trusted data should not only be accurate.
It should be easier to understand, manage, and put to work.
