By accessing or using Webbula’s website, APIs, data-quality services, batch processing tools, or any related products (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional agreements executed with your organization.
Description of Services
Webbula provides data-quality solutions including, but not limited to:
- Email verification
- Email hygiene and threat detection
- Data enrichment and attribute append
- Real-time API validation
- Batch processing and secure file transfers
- Reporting and analytics
Webbula does not guarantee absolute accuracy of data outputs and does not replace internal compliance, decision-making, or due-diligence processes within your organization.
Customer Data & Processing
You retain ownership of all data submitted to Webbula. By using the Services, you grant Webbula permission to process this data to generate verification results, hygiene findings, and enriched attributes.
Data is retained only as long as necessary for processing, auditing, or support, following our documented retention policies.
Accuracy & Limitations
Webbula employs sophisticated verification and threat-detection methods, but no system can guarantee perfect accuracy. Data outputs may contain approximations or may not identify every possible risk. Results should be interpreted as guidance, not absolute determinations.
APIs and Access Controls
API use requires valid credentials and adherence to published rate limits. Webbula may suspend or restrict access if keys are misused or if suspicious activity is detected. Access to Webbula’s API is subject to:
- Authentication via API keys
- Rate limits displayed in your account
- Prohibition on sharing credentials with third parties
Webbula may suspend or throttle access if unusual activity, abuse, or security risks are detected.
Fees and Billing
Paid plans, subscription tiers, and per-record processing fees are outlined in your order form or customer agreement.
By purchasing Services, you authorize Webbula (or its payment processor) to charge applicable fees.
Except where required by law or contract, all fees are non-refundable.
Late payments may result in suspension of Services.
